BRY tool

The BRY tool system provides the final encircling coolant tool holder (SHFC) or (EHC). By using shrinkage fit connections, the air and coolant can be tightly sealed and the coolant tank can be added to the hole. Directly press the coolant directly on the cutting tool and press directly on the cutting edge. Our system does not require special coolants to be delivered through tools, sealed attachments or changing tool handles for coolant.

For critical high-speed or high-precision cutting applications, the shrinking TIR and great retention are sufficient, and most tool holders cannot achieve such precision. Contractile technology and design provide these benefits:

  • the best possible TIR (total indicator reading).
  • the best balance.
  • the most effective grip.
  • add tool and spindle life.
  • thin profiles for difficult places to reach.
  • design and build custom holders for any application.
  • short length can increase rigidity.
  • the ability to pre-set the required length of tools.
  • ideal milling, drilling, reaming, boring and all other critical rotating tool applications without considering tool material.
  • eliminate wrench, collets, fixed screws and other accessories.
  • reduce costs associated with tool change, owner maintenance, and machine downtime.

How it works:

The concept is simple. The internal diameter of each shrink cutter is slightly smaller than that of the cutting tool. The heat inductor is used to rapidly heat the end of the contraction and enlarge the inner diameter. At this point, the handle is easy to slide into the bracket. When the fixator is cooled, the resulting thermal contraction exerts a large uniform pressure on the entire surface of the entire handle, allowing the total concentric clamping force.
