Door packaging –requirement and solution

DOOR PACKING MACHINE PER DIFFERENT REQUIREMENT

A door packing machine is a type of packaging machine specifically designed for the efficient and automated packaging of doors. It is used to bundle, shrink-wrap, and palletize multiple doors at once, allowing for faster and more efficient shipping and storage of the doors. These machines can be used in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and distribution.

Ther are two main version door packing solution:

1. Economice door shrinking wrap machine

Door packing solution: Door wrapping machine and door shrinking machine

2. Automatic sealed door shrinking wrap machine.

1. Measures of the doors to be packed:

a. Minimum and maximum Height & Width
i. 3-0 x 7-0 – Minimum
ii. 4-0 x 10-0 – Maximum
—————Size not problem

b. Minimum and maximum thickness.

i. 1-3/4” – Minimum
ii. 2-1/4” – Maximum

—————Thickness not problem

c. Min and max weight

i. 125 Lbs. – Minimum
ii. 200 Lbs. – maximum
—————Weight not problem

2. Capacity: Number of doors to be packed per hour?

a. Not sure, what possibilities are there

b. In (3) years we would like to manufacture (100,000) doors in this facility
—————The speed vary from the packing material, film thickness and machine configuration in shrinking tunnel. Regular the standard solution is app. 30-40 doors per hour

3. Are you running batch production with more of the same type (measure) of doors after each other, or do you produce random sizes of doors?

a. Batch & Random: The doors arriving to the packaging machine shift in size all the time. –

————–Machine works for different size in random. But for packing material saving and good looking, it is better makes door in-feeding within the size range that makes film width matching the package.
For example, by good quality film: Door width 900-1200mm using film widht 1300mm
Door width 700-1000mm using film widht 1100mm
4. At batch production: What are the measures of your high runner?
a. What are your batch sizes? ( How many products do you produce per batch?)
i. 3-0 x 7-0 – Will be the most common size
ii. We will do (20-25) at a time.
—–Not problem
5. Do you apply corner protection on the doors before packing?
a. Yes, we plan too.
—–Please providing the photos the  door with conrner protection.
