Semi automatic vertical coil wrapping machine is a type of machine used for wrapping coil-shaped products or products with long lengths. It is designed for continuous wrapping of stretch film and jute/paper roll at desired wrap tension with various controls for wrapping different wrap configurations. There are two main types of vertical coil stretch wrapping machine, based on conveyor system: automatic and semi-automatic. The automatic machine is suggested for products with self weight of more than 25kg, inner diameter more than 400mm, product coil outer diameter more than 600mm, and width 200mm to 500mm.
