cutting

A top rake can reduce the cutting force and torque, while a stronger cutting edge can hold heavier chips and provide greater impact absorption. This new insertion line applies to the current DPA Toroid end milling cutter and shell milling cutter. Press the circle (” button “) insert, octagonal insertion, square insertion and high feed insertion, dimensions from 3/8 to 3/4 “I.C.”

Allmatic Titan 125: DPA’s most versatile high-pressure Vise

The new ALLMATIC Titan 125 high voltage vise is versatile, according to ALLMATIC, “nothing is beyond its grasp!” The threaded holes on both sides allow the workpiece to be fixed and precisely aligned to the base to ensure smooth handling. Other benefits of Titan 125 include short installation times, no external power supply, and the ability to change artifacts in seconds.

High feed insertion increases the roughing ability of small diameter applications

DPA introduces a series of new high feed inserts, which are ideal for small diameter applications. The HFBD series liner is used for the excellent metal cutting rate of the BNEM tool mechanism used in DPA for high feed roughing, pocket, cavity/core roughing and screw interpolation. In 3/8 “through 3/4” diameter, these universal knives are provided in moderate and high temperature grade. Another advantage of HFBD insertion is that they are eligible to participate in DPA’s ball nose replacement program, which allows the buyer to obtain free and discounted replacement bulb nose knives for every 30 inserts purchased. In addition to the new insert, DPA recently announced the availability of 3/4 “and 1”.

T-rex Allmatic Vise with adjustable clip bolts

The DPA’s Allmatic precision machinery Vise series has been extended to include the new tyrannosaurus rex Vise. T-rex features adjustable clamp bolts, embedded workpieces, ensuring safety, quick clamping of raw materials, eager pieces and sawing materials. T-rex is suitable for materials with a strength value of about 900 N/mm2 (except for quenching materials). It is characterized by movable pivots to fit the shape of different workpieces. Tyrannosaurus rex was easy to use mechanical power enhancers.
