High feed insertion
DPA introduces a series of new high feed inserts, which are ideal for small diameter applications. The HFBD series liner is used for the excellent metal cutting rate of the BNEM tool mechanism used in DPA for high feed roughing, pocket, cavity/core roughing and screw interpolation.
In 3/8 “through 3/4” diameter, these universal knives are provided in moderate and high temperature grade. Another advantage of HFBD insertion is that they are eligible to participate in DPA’s ball nose replacement program, which allows the buyer to obtain free and discounted replacement bulb nose knives for every 30 inserts purchased.
In addition to the new insert, DPA has also recently announced the availability of 3/4 “and 1” solid carbide ball nosebody. For complete technical data, and order the instructions on these newly added product lines, visit our ball nose/back parts, or contact the DPA
The adjustable clamp bolt is embedded in the workpiece to ensure the safe and quick clamping of the parts, hot cutting parts and sawing materials
Movable pivots can accommodate different workpiece shapes
Suitable for strength value of about 900n/mm2 material, except for quenching materials
The top and bottom are ground
The main shaft is completely sealed and nitrified, ensuring high reliability, preventing contaminants and chips, and minimizing cleaning time
Easy to operate mechanical power intensifier
Precise positioning groove and positioning hole at the bottom
Nc high – voltage t-rex is used for 5 surface processing
- by embedding hardened gripper in the workpiece, ensure the safety of raw materials, quick clamping, fervent items and sawing materials
- the optimal accessibility of the 5 surface processing, because the rigid and compact base allows for large clamping width
- handles are easy to adjust
- workpieces with different shapes can be used because of the movable axis
- use hard alloy coatings (optional) clamping prefabricated square workpieces
