The two models of sc-125 and sc-090 are designed to meet the requirements of working on the 5-axis milling machine. The new high-precision vises are compact, high, self-centered.
The parts on the vise bed are held aloft so that the spindle of the machine can almost touch all sides of the workpiece. The self-centering function allows all coordinates of the workpiece to be programmed from a common reference point. Both are very compact and fit for most of today’s small five-axis milling machines. The DPA sc-125 has a width of 4.9(125mm) and is only 13.8 inches (350mm), but can be cooled to 10.78 inches (274mm).
