New “F” rhino feed inserted into geometry

DPA’s new metric ball nose length ball head, has small calves, can clear the gap in the area! Short and effective clearance length provides the most powerful tool design.

The knives are 1/2 inch (12 mm), 3/4 “(18 mm) and 1 inch (25 mm) shank diameter.

New “F” rhino feed inserted into geometry

  • specially reinforced to withstand the heaviest feed price
  • robust cutting edges are useful for the misuse of steel and steel and high impact applications
  • only applicable to the DHMK30 (strongest) substrate

New DHMK15 rhino feed insertion grade

  • the most difficult grades apply to high temperature applications involving more hard materials
  • microcrystalline alloy has good edge strength
  • the best choice for iron application

The DPA’s new PHCD – tilt insertion enhances the versatility of our bulb

DPA is pleased to announce that it offers a new PHCD – tilt insertion for its ball-type finishing plants.

PHCD – paneled liners are soft, non-black materials such as graphite and aluminum (no steel or iron) ideal. When you grind these materials, choose the PHCD – tilt bulb socket, and you can improve your tool life by 50 to 100 times better than coated carbide!

Excellent wear resistance

Accurately provides precise cutting radius

Suitable for standard DPA bulb

The DPA’s new nose line makes the feed rate five times faster than normal

The DPA company happily announces rhino feed: a new high feed cutter and insert that USES the chip’s dilution advantage to make the feed rate five times faster than normal.

High feed milling is a significant cut from an extreme lead Angle. The rhino feed system adjusts feed rates to compensate for this situation, and provides very high feed at a lighter depth. In the advanced application fields such as mold cavity, core roughing, bag, complicated parts contour and screw interpolation, Rhine feed can maximize production efficiency.
