We are pleased to add ALLMATIC Titan 125 to our comprehensive working tool series at DPA. With this new high voltage vise and its different jaws and grip systems, we provide our customers with very reliable, versatile and cost-effective fixtures.
Titan 125 – everything is under control
The new Allmatic Titan 125 high-voltage vice combines all the features of the LHC 125 and t-rex XHL that we’ve already proven
Numerical control design.
Vice has a robust GGG 60 base. Hard ground slide has high accuracy and good wear resistance.
Large side exits allow the chips and coolant to come out. The threads at both ends of the workpiece connect the workpiece with a fixed and precise alignment groove to ensure the perfect treatment.
The core of the Titan 125 is its completely enclosed, pressure-free spindle, which has been tested for years. It is equipped with a mechanical low – wear power booster. For clamps, the torque wrench used can be adjusted from 6-30 Nm so that even the unfavourable clamps can be handled on the top of the table.

With the lower jaw on the ground, you can also use a carbides coating, or the newly developed palate, and the Titan 125 provides the precision required to process the workpiece.
With a modular grip jaw system, all types of raw materials from f1 cutting to cutting parts to complex castings can be securely and cost effectively.
